Submission Terms

By submitting a startup, you confirm that you are its founder, an employee, or otherwise authorized to represent it and to post its materials. You may not submit startups you do not represent, including via affiliate or referral links.

You warrant that the materials you submit (name, description, logo, screenshots, links, release files) are accurate, current, and not misleading.

The product's stage ("Pre-launch", "Looking for beta testers", "Launched") must reflect reality. For the "Launched" stage, the product must be actually accessible and functional — via a website or another stated channel; availability in app stores is not required. The links you provide must work and lead to what is claimed; you may not advertise channels or platforms (for example, iOS or Android versions) that are in fact unavailable.

You warrant that you hold all necessary rights to the submitted materials, and you grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use them on the Site and in promotional materials — including the weekly digest, social media posts, and preview images for search results. You retain ownership of your materials.

The Company may edit submissions for grammar, clarity, and length; select, crop, or create images; and change how a listing is presented, without prior notice.

Submission does not guarantee publication. The Company has full editorial and curatorial discretion and may modify, unpublish, or remove any listing at any time and for any reason, including changes to editorial standards.

By uploading release files distributed via downloads.betafinds.com, you confirm that you have the right to distribute them and that they contain no malware. The User who uploads a file is responsible for it.

Submitted materials become public, may be indexed by search engines, and may be used by the Company in promotional materials and the newsletter.

These Submission Terms govern startup submissions; in all other respects the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply.
