We want you to be satisfied with Featured placements on betafinds.com. You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, provided the placement has not yet started appearing on the Site.

Once your startup has gone live in the Featured section, the purchase is non-refundable, because the advertising service has then been delivered.

Paid placements on betafinds.com (operated by OPSoft Inc) are sold through Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the merchant of record. Charges appear as "Paddle" on your statement.

Email admin@betafinds.com from the address used for your purchase, and we will process your request.

Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
