The data controller is OPSoft Inc (30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA). This Policy explains what data we process on betafinds.com and why.

— Information you provide at registration: your name and email address; if you sign in with a password, it is stored only as an irreversible hash.

— Content you publish: startup descriptions, logos, screenshots, release files, comments, votes, and subscriptions.

— Billing data: the fact and status of payments for Featured placements. Card details are handled by our payment provider and are never received or stored by us.

— Technical data collected automatically: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and cookies.

Operating your Account and Site features; moderating and publishing startups; processing payments for Featured placements; sending service and informational emails (including the digest, which you can unsubscribe from); and analyzing traffic to improve the Site.

We process data based on your consent, given when you register and use the Site, and to perform the agreement between you and the Company.

Your name, author profile, and published startups are public, shown to anyone, and may be indexed by search engines. Do not put information you wish to keep private into public fields.

The Site uses cookies necessary for authentication and analytics cookies from Google Analytics to collect anonymized traffic statistics.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may limit some Site features.

We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared with infrastructure providers (hosting, email delivery) and the analytics service (Google Analytics) only to the extent necessary to operate the Site.

For paid Featured placements, payment data is processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the merchant of record and an independent data controller for payment data.

Data is retained no longer than necessary for the stated purposes and is protected by organizational and technical measures; connections to the Site are secured with HTTPS. Data may persist for some time in backups.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and withdraw your consent, by contacting admin@betafinds.com. Deleting your Account removes or anonymizes the associated personal data, subject to the limits described in the Terms of Service.

The Company may update this Policy. The current version is always available on this page.
