Peptide Tracker & Calculator

Peptide Tracker and Calculator is a web tool for the arithmetic around reconstituted peptide vials. It converts a vial mass and a diluent volume into a concentration in mg/mL, then converts a target dose in mg or mcg into the number of units to draw on a U-100 insulin syringe, which is the step where most dosing errors happen. It also keeps a dose log that stores the inputs rather than the answer, so a record can be re-derived later: vial mass, diluent volume, derived concentration, dose, syringe units, date and site. The same vial and the same dose read as a different number of units depending on how much bacteriostatic water was added, and the tool exists to make that explicit rather than remembered. It runs in the browser and needs no install.
